Terms and Conditions of Chi Skills
1. Introduction
Welcome to Chi Skills. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, products, and services, including the Core Essentials Chi Kung Program, Private Mentoring Packages, and the Chi Skills Workshops. By purchasing or using any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Services
Core Essentials Chi Kung Program:
Core Essentials Chi Kung Online Course
An online self-study program consisting of six modules, accessible via our platform upon purchase.
Private Mentoring Packages:
One-on-one mentoring sessions tied to the modules of the Core Essentials Chi Kung Course:
Package 1: 6 sessions to be completed within 15 weeks.
Package 2: 12 sessions to be completed within 30 weeks.
Chi Kung & Hermetics Workshops:
Five-day workshops held in the Netherlands, focused on immersive training and personal transformation.
3. Payments and Pricing
Prices for our products and services are listed on our website and include VAT where applicable.
Payments must be made in full unless a payment plan is explicitly agreed upon.
For the Chi Kung & Hermetics Workshops, a non-refundable deposit of €200 is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance (€790) is due no later than 45 days prior to the workshop start date.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Core Essential Chi Kung Program:
Core Essentials Chi Kung Online Course
Refunds are not available as the course content is immediately accessible upon purchase. By purchasing this package, you agree to immediate access and waive your right of withdrawal for the course.
Private Mentoring PackagesÂ
Within 14 days of purchase:
If no mentoring sessions have been scheduled or used, you may cancel the package. A partial refund will be issued, deducting the value of the Core Essentials Chi Kung Course (€229) and any delivered sessions.
Scheduled but unused sessions are not refundable during the withdrawal period.
After 14 days:
Refunds are not available. All sessions must be scheduled and completed within the specified timeframe (15 or 30 weeks) from the date of purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable.
Chi Kung & Hermetics Workshops
A non-refundable deposit of €200 is required to secure your spot.
Cancellations made:
For cancellations made between 45 and 30 days prior to the workshop, a refund of 25% of the remaining balance (€790) will be issued.
Within 30 days of the workshop: No refunds will be issued.
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the participant’s control (e.g., illness or government-imposed travel restrictions), Chi Skills will endeavor to offer alternative dates or solutions where possible. Refunds remain at Chi Skills’ discretion and are not guaranteed.
Payment dispute
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, the customer agrees to first attempt resolution with Chi Skills. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees to cover administrative costs.
5. Program Access
Access to the Core Essentials Chi Kung Online Course is provided as Program Access for the operational lifetime of the course or as long as Chi Skills continues to host the content on its platform (currently Kajabi). In the event of discontinuation, Chi Skills will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and offer alternative solutions where possible. Chi Skills reserves the right to make changes to the content or access terms at its sole discretion.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
Our programs, courses, mentoring sessions, and workshops are educational and not a substitute for medical or psychological advice or treatment. Participants are responsible for consulting a healthcare provider if they have any concerns about their ability to participate. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in all activities and for disclosing any relevant health conditions to Chi Skills prior to their participation.
Chi Skills shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of income, arising from participation in its offerings or reliance on its materials.
Chi Skills is not liable for temporary disruptions to access caused by technical issues, provided reasonable efforts are made to resolve such issues promptly.
All results depend on individual effort, and no guarantees are provided.
7. Privacy Policy
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to protect your personal data.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
For clients outside the EU, personal data may be transferred to and stored on servers located in other countries, which may not have the same level of data protection as the EU. By using our services, you consent to such data transfers, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Chi Skills uses third-party service providers that comply with international data protection standards, including the GDPR and applicable Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers outside the EU.

8. Intellectual Property
All content provided in our courses, mentoring sessions, and workshops—including videos, written materials, and exercises—is the exclusive property of Chi Skills. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Force Majeure
Chi Skills is not responsible for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or technical failures affecting digital platforms.
Chi Skills is not liable for temporary disruptions to access caused by technical issues, provided reasonable efforts are made to resolve such issues promptly
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent court in the Netherlands. In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. These Terms and Conditions do not limit any mandatory rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
All communication, including customer support and dispute resolution, will be conducted in English. In case of any discrepancies between translations, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
11. Modifications to Terms
Chi Skills reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
